A “golden bell cover inside and iron shell outside” design keeps the battery cells safe from deformation during collisions. It also includes an energy-absorbing buffer, aluminium alloy frame, and a high-strength steel bottom plate for extra protection.
Chery’s exclusive PSS intelligent detonator cuts off power within just 2 milliseconds after a crash, reducing the risk of fire from electrical leakage.
With a top-tier IP68 rating, the battery is sealed against dust and water, staying dependable even in floods or heavy rain.
The battery is designed to prevent fire even under extreme conditions like needle pricking and squeezing. A built-in rapid exhaust system helps release pressure safely to prevent explosions.
From freezing cold to intense heat, the battery performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -35°C to 60°C.
